Property Inspection
This service includes a full on-site consultation, offering advice and suggestions during the walk-through. This consultation takes
approximately one hour.
Cost: $85 +gst

Property Inspection and Full Report
This service includes on-site consultation and provides a full, comprehensive report noting the positive and negative attributes of your property, with recommendations on how to enhance the positive features and methods of addressing the negative aspects. We advise on colour schemes, improvements to main living areas and suggestions on furniture and accessory placement. We also address landscaping and external issues and advise on any improvements to enhance their appeal. A no obligation quote is offered as part of this package.
Cost: $265 +gst

Property Styling
This service includes the styling of your home by considering placement and/or hiring of furniture and accessories, de-cluttering, storage, de-personalising, good use of wall spaces etc.

This service is especially effective in giving empty homes and apartments the latest lifestyle look and wow factor through careful and tasteful styling. However, there is in many instances a need for furnished homes to get an internal styling makeover to inject fresh personality and appeal. We provide a full report with this service also.
Cost: This is a quoted service.

Renovation & Styling - The Complete Package
This is your full service, combining the skills of a designer and tradesman to give your home a complete overhaul if need be. Again, working within any budget, this service can see your internal and exterior areas revamped for maximum impact, with attractive street appeal and an inviting and pleasurable experience inside. Your landscaping, external finishes and features will be revitalised and your interior will be styled and, in some cases, undergo renovations to improve kitchen, bathroom and other important areas of your home.
Cost: This is a quoted service.
